Dedicated Server Access

Even with private servers CLC manage and maintain your server for you. We will manage all updates to your Moodle site and your server. This means although you have the ability to request specific configurations we will manage that for you. As part of your server subscription you have 'management' time allocated, this is intended to cover base server and Moodle updates and changes in addition to any server issues which arise. 


In the event you wish to upload additional content directly to the server you will need to raise a ticket in Helpdesk where our infrastructure team will assist you with this. We are afraid due to the specific configuration of these servers we cannot provide command line or FTP access directly to the server.
