You can easily create a new category by clicking on the “Create new category” button at the top of this section. You’ll then be prompted to provide a name, ID and description for this new category. Note, you can create a category within a category (a subcategory) by searching for the parent category using the search bar function at the top of the category creation page, the newly created category will then be a subcategory of the parent category.

Step 3 - Courses

The section shown on the right side of the Manage Courses and Categories page includes a list of all courses within a selected category. This area can be used to manage and edit the courses within a specific category. By default, when you open the page, you’ll be shown the course list from within the first available category shown in the categories area. To show a different course list click on a new category in the category section and the courses section will update.

In the order that they are shown, these icons allow you to access the course settings, duplicate the course, delete the course, hide the course and move its positioning within the course category up or down. When you click on the name of a course itself, the course options will appear in a new section at the bottom of the page. Allowing you to perform basic high-level changes to the course or open the course using the “View” button.
