Your organisation’s brand colours and imagery are visible across your site. This guide will show you how to alter the background images used on your platform.
Step 1 - Navigate
Your brand colours and imagery are managed within the “Boost” theme which is the theme used for styling your platform. You can find the Boost theme page on your platform by going to the following, whilst logged in as a site administrator:
Site Administration > Appearance > Themes > Boost
Step 2 - Adding an image
Platform background image
Under the “General settings” tab, scroll down to the section titled “Background image”. In this area you can either drag and drop the required background image into this area or click on the file drop area to open your internal repository and search for the image file within your directory.
The background image you upload here will be visible within your sites theme and shown on all applicable pages.
Login page background image
Your login page will have its own background, separate from the background image provided above. In order to add a new login page background image, within the same Boost page of the site and under the “General settings” tab, scroll down to the section titled “Login page background image” and then either drag and drop the image file into the file drop area or click on the file drop area to add an image file manually.
Step 3 - Save
Once you have made the required changes to the background image/s on your site, you can then scroll to the bottom of the page and click “save changes”.
