Change Timezone - Solution

Go to Site Administration

Go to Location
Step 3
Go to Location Settings. From this page you will see your location settings, users can often have their timezones different to the default.
Step 4
Check your defualt timezone is incorrect, then input the correct timezone in the Force Timezone box.

Save Changes
