This area has many filters for finding groups of users or search facilities for finding individual users located within the "Show more..." button just above the "First name / Surname" column

A Admin user can filter and find the user they are looking for and see a quick snap shot of when they were last logged into the system to the right of the users information within the list itself, while also allowing the Admin user to click on the users name to access the users account.
